Scenario Paintball?

I am relly upset because there is no scenario paintball field in Hillsborough county FL. My definition of scenario is buildings, all day game (maybe night), squads. This dissapoints me greatly. If you can find any, please tell me.

I know what you mean…. I like the scenario better, speedball gets boreing fast…. we have woodsball here, alot of fun…. hope you can get something organized down there. good luck.

It has come to our attention that there are plenty of people out there who really do not know that there are different types of paintball. Our mission is to help these poor lost souls and opened their eyes to what awaits them in the world of paintball. Although there are many variations of paintball game we do not want to overwhelm you so you will stick to the top three. Now However, these can be said that the three major, but for the sake of this article we will say these are the three main variations and Woodsball paintball, Speedball and scenario paintball.

Oldschool Woodsball is paintball at its heart. Paintball began mostly played in wooded areas that lend themselves to "capture the flag "and" elimination "type paintball games to be played. woodsball because you can play in several acres and usually there are not many areas where much of the countryside can be seen at the same time, woodsball games tend to run more than other types of paintball game. Wooded areas also give players the opportunity to participate in some more realistic war situations such as ambushes, assualts on fortified positions and protecting the VIP Etc.

Speedball differs from woodsball in a number of ways. One of the most obvious differences is the appearance and size of the field. Unlike the vast natural landscape of woodsball, speedball usually played on artificial turf with artificial bunkers on a field that is usually no bigger than half a football field in size. Artificial barriers and bunkers have evolved over the years, in the old days of paintball were all that was putting in wooden reels, mostly big boxes, which then moved to the corrugated drain pipes and eventually became the most costeffective and aesthetically pleasing inflatable bunkers that are more popular today day.

Scenario paintball games are based on a story or topic. Scenario games allow for a wide range of player skill levels and an even more participants. These games may include a period as short as 12 hours or for days. Objectives vary according to history, but cooperation is an issue important in these games. The biggest party to date was the invasion of Normandy Skirmish, held annually in Jim Thorpe, PA, which attracted 4007 players in 2006. The summer of 2007 should be another record breaking season for paintball, which should be fun to watch.
