Power Pack

My 360 won’t turn on when i use it with my power pack, help?

I have used it on a friends power pack and it works, so its my power pack that dosnt work, the thing is though, is that the light still comes on on the power pack, just nothing on the 360.
Im asking more if theres a posibility that i can register the power pack with microsoft, if i have to buy a new one or get it repaired elsewhere??

Well… have you checked to see if anything is blocking it from completely connecting? There might be debris or dust in the sockets or something.

I would try to maybe calling a Game-Stop store and ask them about it and what they think you should do. They usually are good with the technical stuff. But if they don’t help – you should try contacting customer support with the Xbox360 company.

If worse comes to worse you might have to buy a new one. Or depending on your problem they might send you one for free or you might have to send your 360 for repairs.. You don’t really know until you try.
