Drinking wine has been a great joy in much of the history of modern man. While cavemen were not treading the grapes, it was not long after that period of the joys of fermentation was discovered. Drinking wine today should be a joyful, not something that is intimidating.

We have all experienced that moment. We are with other people who clearly take their wine consumption a bit more than perhaps they should.
