2004 Spyder Imagine Paintball Gun?

Should i take it apart to clean myself or take to a shop and have them clean the gun?
Any recomendations on what I should upgrade for the 2004 Spyder Imagine. I only upgraded the barrel.

You should definitely learn how to maintain the gun yourself. It’ll save you money, you’ll be able to fix it at the field should something go wrong, and you can install your own upgrades.

Here’s a youtube video on how to maintain a spyder imagine – to get you started.

Upgrades are a personal preferences – improving what you don’t like about the marker. Definitely an electronic loader since that can go with to your next gun. Barrel is a good start. You might upgrade to a delrin bolt (alamo city paintball has for under $20). Clamping feedneck if you hate the stock one. After that, you start getting to a point where a new gun might be in order unless you’re really in love with this marker.

People play in the rain for the love of paintball and the rain adds so much interest and challenge to the game.

Playing in the rain, everything is muddy and slippery: therefore, running, stopping and crouching will be harder than normal, visibility will be less, and wind can make paintball courses more difficult. All these factors make it difficult to play paintball paintball fans exactly Shat look, action and excitement!

These are the guidelines for you can enjoy your paintball game on a rainy day:

1. Put in something that retains water in your body, like a raincoat, "waterproof" waterproof clothing or even plastic garbage bags. It is very important that you stay dry so they do not tremble, as this will affect his mobility, accuracy, and can be very uncomfortable.

Remember to cover your head too. Wear any waterproof covering but make sure water is not sliding down his face and fog that cause the formation of glasses. Cleaning the glasses fog every time you stop behind a tree or a bunker can distract from your concentration on the game.

2. Take the paper towels with you. The lens of the mask, even if lens is a type of thermal fog up and paper towels are useful, you just have to clear the fog. Note that you must move away from the action – a "sitting duck" (Crouch) position – before eliminating the fog of his mask.

3. Boots or spike instead of keeping the feet dry.

4. Wear gloves to prevent hands cold and wet.

5. Having a soaked paintball can be very frustrating. You should pack extra garbage bags to use as roofing parts. These can be used to cover your team and act as a raincoat in case of emergency. Large plastic bags are too large to cover the head, hoppers and the gun. You can effectively turn your gun into a weapon waterproof, simply covering it with plastic and secure with rubber bands.

6. The shooting of a rainy day is much different than the typical hose "down." Consider the amount of barrel smoke that occurs even when using HPA. Take the barrel a "Unported" if you happen to have one. Porting allows water to enter in the barrel, resulting in twisting shots.

There are actually many ways to add excitement to your paintball game: just let your imagination run and experiment with things. Have fun in the rain!
