are disneylands toontown morning madness tickets transferable,can i use them if i didnt purchase the package?

I was given toontown morning madness vouches that were part of a vacation package deal through AAA. On them though it says u must have a park hopper of 3 days or more that was purchased with the package and that it will be checked at the entrance to toontown. is this true? i’m wondering if i’ll be able to get in because i’m not going to have a hopper pass of 3 days or more.
