Hopper Barrels

what electric hopper should I get for a Spyder MR1?
I got an MR1 with a 32 degrees Whisper 14″ barrel and I wish to shoot paintballs faster.
what hopper should I get that is affordable, yet effective and won’t chop?
I agree with the first answer, but you really don’t need a hopper that feeds that fast. A Spyder MR1 doesn’t reallly shoot all that fast. The Eggy 3 doesn’t chop at all and feeds 23 bps. I have an Ego and it actually keeps up with it! If it can keep up with an ego it can probably keep up with an MR1. You should probably save up for a new marker, but if your happy with the MR1, that should be ok.
Also, if you get a new hopper, it really won’t make the gun shoot faster. An electronic hopper is mean’t for guns that shoot 10 bps and up usually. If it shoots slower than that, you really don’t need one.

There are many variations of paintball weapons and different ways to modify them. The principle of the question you must ask is what strategy is look and what rules they will be playing for. professional tournaments are much more stringent rules and regulations on paintball guns and how you can modify and your friends when you're playing a game in someone's field.
Here are some key factors to take into account when choosing the options to equip your gun with:
– Am I playing by itself or in a team?
– I can do better with shots from long distance or close hits?
– Would I rather go hunting for the other players, or what I do best when they patiently wait to come to me?
– Will I be playing professionally one day, or just a fun game weekend with friends?
– How well can control multiple shots?
These are all questions that only you can answer it for himself same. Hopefully these will help you determine where their talents when handling paintball guns and play the game.
Now, let's discuss some of the various options available to you. You will have to work within your budget, of course, so do not feel like you do not get anywhere if you can start with the ideal weapon. Find a good starting point, then upgrade as time goes on.
Standard paintball guns consists of four parts: the barrel, the body, carbon dioxide (CO2) or high pressure air (HPA) tank and hopper. The mask is a necessity, as well as for personal protection, but technically not a part of the weapon itself. Ditto paintballs.
Barrel length will have a significant impact on the precision and maneuverability with the gun. The Most are in the range 3-21 cm long, although some of the custom to go up to 48 inches. Most players select something in the range of 14-16 inches. Some players to go with more barrels for the tournament, allowing them to move around obstacles without sacrificing cover.
CO2 and HPA tanks are used to advance the paintball gun. HPA Tanks provide a speed more consistent than CO2 does, but come with a heavier price tag. The CO2 pressure is maintained at times can be condensed into a liquid, which explains that the velocities incompatible with tanks.
Gravity feed hoppers and agitation are the two most Popular hold paintballs. gravity feed hoppers are simple and cheap, as they depend solely on gravity to make available additional burden ball to shoot. However, sometimes the balls may fall too quickly and things jam as a result. agitation hoppers operate out of the battery (which can die if you keep it here) that the powers of an LED light to detect when a paintball is ready to settle for being fired.
Paintball guns have an almost infinite capacity to be customized. Finding the ideal for you to take time, research and practice to see what works best for you.
