What a round about cost to frame out a 2nd floor on a house?

So I’m planning on adding a 2nd floor on my house, I can do all the interior plumbing, elec, drywall. It’s just the exterior I don’t have the man power to do in a timely manner. I dont want to leave the roof off my house for long. Any estimates for an 800sq ft addition?

I’m in the construction Business in San Jose CA. Permits and blueprints alone are around $6,000.00 Going up on a single story house is not as simple as removing the roof and adding a floor and walls. Usually new foundation footings are necessary to support all of the new added weight along with support beams/posts and added sheer walls. Its always recommended to go out before you go up. If up is the only way then your looking at a minimum of $60,000.00 labor/materials
