GNC Mega man, don’t work out?
I don’t work out, i walk about half a mile-a mile everyday. But Ive been taking these GNC Mega man vitamins to make up for the vegetables and fruits I don’t eat too often. I was wondering if they are bad for me because I don’t work out.
I don’t have really any side effects except peeing often and fluorescent yellow urine
